These terms govern your use of the iOS game Bloomfall ("the game," "the app"), made by Urban Algorithm LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing Bloomfall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

By using Bloomfall you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to follow them. The app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms, which apply alongside these.
License to use the app
Bloomfall is a small passion project, made to be played. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly permits it.
Free, with no purchases
Bloomfall is free and contains no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no accounts. The whole game is just there to enjoy. If we ever add optional paid features in the future, we will make that clear before you are charged anything.
Provided "as is"; no warranty
Bloomfall is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we make no guarantee about scores, leaderboards, or saved progress. Optional leaderboard features rely on Apple's Game Center and are governed by Apple's terms, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Algorithm LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Bloomfall, including loss of data, loss of game progress, or any indirect economic loss. Bloomfall is a free game, and your use of it is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version on this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Bloomfall is published by Urban Algorithm LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Suite 3248, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
